Upload Guide
After you finish your edits, you will upload the completed website folder to your assigned server folder.
Before Uploading
- □ Open index.html in a browser.
- □ Test the Players link.
- □ Test the Schedule link.
- □ Confirm revised.css is linked correctly.
- □ Confirm images appear.
- □ Make sure your folder contains all files and image folders.
Upload Steps
- Open your assigned server connection.
- Open your personal website folder.
- Create a new folder for this project.
- Upload all website files into that folder.
- Open the website URL in a browser.
- Copy the URL for submission.
Common Upload Problems
- Images are missing: The images folder may not have uploaded.
- CSS is missing: revised.css may not be in the same folder as the HTML files.
- Links are broken: A file name may not match the href exactly.
- Page not found: The URL or folder name may be typed incorrectly.
